Truth is found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Titus 3:9 'But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.'
The gospel is to be experienced.
We do not argue over foolish questions;
truth is found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
We experience Him through salvation;
through growth in His word;
through fellowship with His people;
and through His Spirit dwelling in us.
Genealogies have no importance;
we are who we are because Christ lives in us.
If we are contentious then we are no different from the world.
It is with the love of Christ
that we show the reality of His life in us.
We do not argue over the law
because in Christ we have been brought into the freedom of new life.
